With the help of the company’s specialists, a large number of Ukrainian enterprises were prepared for privatization and provided. The most significant work on corporatization performed by JPA Ukraine specialists was participation in the preparation and corporatization of the Ukrainian state telecommunications enterprise Ukrtelecom and its reorganization into a Limited Liability Company.

The group of employees has been trained in the financial reporting program in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and has the appropriate diplomas. It should be noted that the company’s employees are constantly improving their professional level – are training in the city of Kiev at workshops, which are attended by leading experts of public authorities, including representatives of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine.

Audit services are provided in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Auditing” and with the requirements of International Standards on Auditing. In accordance with these standards, our firm plans and performs the audit to obtain reasonable assurance that the financial statements are free from material misstatement. An audit is performed by testing the evidence supporting the amounts and disclosing information in the financial statements.

An audit also includes evaluating the appropriateness of accounting policies used and the reasonableness of accounting estimates made by management, as well as evaluating the overall presentation of the financial statements, which must be prepared in accordance with the National Accounting Regulations (Standards).

We also confirm the financial and special reporting of credit unions, financial companies, pawnshops, insurance companies, private pension funds and other non-banking financial institutions, in order to provide information to the State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine. The company’s specialists have the appropriate permits and certificates for all work.
